I have over 25 years of experience as a professional writer, and I am proud to have won awards for my technical writing work from the Society for Technical Communication.

Some of my writing experience includes creating knowledge bases, user guides, quick start guides, policy and procedure manuals, training materials, blog posts, and web content. My marketing experience includes writing and distributing press releases, designing marketing materials, creating e-mail campaigns and landing pages, and writing e-books. I also have experience creating online courses. My project management experience includes coordinating SOC 1, SOC 1, and HITRUST audits.

In addition, I am also a Registered Dietetic Technician, and founder of The Food Cop and Diet Tech Central. My education includes undergraduate degrees in Journalism and Dietetics.
